1. Introduction & Platform Overview

Digimun Pro is an AI-based trading signals and automation platform designed to assist traders in the binary options and derivatives markets. We provide market signals, trading tools, and educational content to support informed trading decisions.

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is for educational and informational purposes only. You alone are responsible for any trading decisions and their outcomes.

2. Services Covered

This agreement applies to all Digimun Pro services, including but not limited to:

• AI Trading Signals - Real-time and scheduled market signals for Live, OTC, Crypto, Commodities, and Stocks markets
• Pro Bot - Our core signals bot with automated and semi-automated trading capabilities
• Digimaxx - Advanced trading bot with enhanced features
• DigimunX AI Scanner - AI-powered market analysis and chart scanning technology
• Premium Signal Channels - Private Telegram groups and VIP signal channels
• Trading Indicators - Custom technical indicators and analysis tools
• Any future digital trading-related services we may introduce

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts, Access & Security

• One individual per account. Account sharing, resale, or multi-user access is strictly prohibited.
• We may require email verification or other checks to confirm the account owner.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

5. Affiliate Requirement for Bot Access

To access Pro Bot and other services for free, you must create a trading account via our official broker referral link (Quotex, Pocket Option, IQ Option, or other partner brokers).

Alternative: You may pay the applicable fee to skip the affiliate requirement and receive direct access. We reserve the right to verify compliance by requesting your registered email/UID with the broker.

6. Payment, Approval & Refund Policy (CRITICAL)

• No refunds after activation, approval, or access delivery. This applies to ALL bots and ALL services without exception.
• All fees, subscriptions, day passes, lifetime passes, and one-time payments are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or forced reversals initiated after access approval are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.
• If you have not received access approval yet, contact support before initiating any dispute.
• Pricing and features may change at any time; changes apply on renewal or new purchases.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Free Access & Promotional Access

• Free or bonus access granted via affiliate broker sign-up is discretionary and promotional.
• Digimun Pro reserves the right to revoke, modify, or discontinue free access at any time without prior notice.
• Free access does not entitle users to refunds, compensation, or guaranteed continued service.
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may have expiration dates.

8. Bot & Service Usage Disclaimer

• Digimun Pro does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or any specific trading outcomes.
• All signals, indicators, and bot recommendations are for educational and informational purposes only.
• You are solely responsible for your own risk management and trading decisions.
• Market conditions, latency, platform outages, and data issues may impact signal quality or execution.
• Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account details including correct email and contact information.
• Use the Service lawfully and for personal, educational purposes only.
• Do not share bots, signals, access credentials, or any paid content with others.
• Do not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of our content.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation, manipulate data, conduct fraud, or harass others.
• Comply with your local laws, broker terms, and platform rules.

10. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Sharing paid content, signals, or bot access outside your account or public reposting
• Attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, or referral requirements
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or overloading our systems
• Impersonation, spam, scams, or any unlawful conduct
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials or promotions

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Digimun Pro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for:

• Violation of any terms in this agreement
• Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of our services
• Attempting refunds, chargebacks, or disputes after access approval
• Sharing access credentials or paid content with unauthorized users
• Any conduct deemed harmful to Digimun Pro or its community

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately with no refund or compensation.

12. Intellectual Property

All bots, trading strategies, signals, algorithms, user interface designs, branding, logos, text, graphics, and tools are the exclusive property of Digimun Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No license is granted except for personal, educational, non-commercial use within your account. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Digimun Pro is not responsible for any trading losses, missed trades, or market volatility impacts.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
• Digimun Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

14. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, channels, or bots) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, delays, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

15. Third-Party Services

We may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Quotex, Pocket Option, IQ Option, Telegram). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions, outages, or data handling.

16. Changes to These Terms

Digimun Pro may update this agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Check the "Last updated" date for the latest version.

17. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan, for any disputes.
