Once payment is completed AND bot/service access is approved, the payment becomes STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

This applies to ALL bots, ALL services, day passes, lifetime passes, and subscriptions without exception.

💰 When Refunds Are NOT Available

  • After your access has been approved and activated
  • After you have received bot credentials or channel access
  • After you have used any part of the service
  • For any reason after access delivery has been completed

⚠ Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or forced reversal after access approval is considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Revocation of all access and services
  • Potential legal action to recover funds and damages
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases

💡 Before Making a Payment

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Read all service descriptions and terms carefully
  • Understand that trading involves risk and no profits are guaranteed
